Salmon Stir Fry

Ingredients

    1 pink salmon filet cut into bite sized chunks
    1 pkg frozen stir fry veggies
    6 sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp Kikoman' Teriyaki sauce

Directions

Spray stir fry pan, add veggies and cook till nearly done. Add salmon and stir fry till fish is opaque. Add Teriyaki sauce. Makes 2 servings alone or 4 if eating over rice.
