1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon table salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1/8 cup wheat bran
1/8 cup apple sauce
1 1/2 cup raw apples, shredded
1/2 tsp light margarine (for greasing dish)
Bake at 375F until lightly browned, about 35 minutes.
Loosen with spatula. Cut into bars while warm. Serve hot for breakfast.
