Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

2 TBS. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 - 1/2 cups 1% milk
2 TBS. margarine
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. elbow macaroni
Directions
In medium saucepan combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard, and pepper. Stir in milk until smooth. Add margarine. Sturring constantly, bring to boil over med. heat. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat.
Reserve 1/4 c. cheese for top. Stir in cheese until melted. Add macaroni. Turn into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375 degress for 25 min.
