Racheal's Rockin' Guacamole

Ingredients

    2 Large Ripe Avocados
    1 Large Ripe Roma Tomato
    1 Shallot
    3 Cloves Garlic
    1 Large Jalapeno Pepper
    1 Lime

Directions

Dice/Mash/Puree both avocados. Dice tomato, shallot, garlic and jalapeno (remove seeds to create a milder taste). Combine all ingredients. Add the juice of 1 fresh lime and salt to taste. Yields 16 -2 tbsp servings. Best served chilled.

Note: you can also create a chunkier variation by dicing the avocado and mixing in last.
