1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 bell pepper
1 1/2 c. celery
1 - 4 oz. jar diced pimiento
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
5 cups chicken broth
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
24 oz. 2% Velveeta Cheese
32 oz spaghetti
Cook one whole chicken, then skin and de-bone it. Shred the meat.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in olive oil. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and pimiento.
Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 of the cheese. Set this cheese aside for the topping.
Divide the mixture between the two 13" x 9" pans. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
