Ingredients

    1 cucumber
    1 tomato
    5 baby carrots
    1/2 cup celery
    1/2 cup onion
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar & EEVO

Directions

Dice all vegetables. Pour oil/vinegar over. Mix. Let marinate in refridgerator at least 1 hour.
