Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup of water to instant quaker low fat muffin mix
    add a package or two of wendys roasted almonds leftover from a salad outing you may have done earlier that week
    throw in a cup of dried cranberries
    mix lightly til blended
    and divide into muffin trays that have been sprayed with pam

Directions

cook at 400 degrees for 22 minutes
let cook and dig in
