1-10 3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup - 98% FF
3 1/2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP cornstarch
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2. Place the chicken breasts in the crock-pot slow cooker and cover with the dijon sauce.
3. Cover; cook on low for 4 hours (or on High for 2 hours)
I served this over whole wheat rotini pasta and my family just loved it. There were no left-overs for this healthy recipe.
