Ingredients

* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
* Garlic, 3 cloves
* Ginger Root, 1 tsp
* Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)
* Tomato Paste, 33
* White Wine, 0.50 fl oz
* Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
* Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
* Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp
* Sea salt coarse Alessi, 1 serving
* Shrimp cooked and tails off Aqua Star, 16 oz
* Olive oil Vigo, 4 tbsp
* Corn starch Argo 100% pure, 0.50 tbsp
I substituted Worcestershire sauce for A1 sauce and white cooking wine rather than regular white wine. I also used cooked shrimp rather than raw shrimp. Marinate for about 30 minutes or more in refrigerator. Put in 400 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes or on grill like George Forman's briefly.
Directions
Makes approximately 4 servings when made with 1.5 lbs of cooked tail off shrimp.
