Zucchini Parmesan

Introduction

This is very simple to make This is very simple to make
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium Zucchini
    1 medium Yellow Squash
    2 cups Ragu sauce
    Shredded Mozarella Cheese (approx 1-2 oz)

Directions

Slice the zucchini and squash. Pour a little sauce into baking dish and then put sliced zucchini/squash into baking pan alternating every couple of slices for variety. Pour rest of sauce over vegetables and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Put foil over pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
