Spinach Salad

Introduction

Serve with a bowl of soup and this makes a light and satisfying lunch. Serve with a bowl of soup and this makes a light and satisfying lunch.

Ingredients

    Fresh Spinach - 3 cups
    Red Pepper - small- cubed
    English Cucumber - 1 cup cubed
    Fresh Mushrooms - 8 medium sliced
    Hard boiled egg - 2
    Crisp Coooked Bacon 2 (crumbled)
    Lemon - 1 fresh
    Kraft extra Virgin Oil - Greek Feta Dressing - 1 tbsp

Directions

Place washed spinach in large bowl and add fresh vegatables. Slice eggs and place on top; squeeze the juice from 1 lemon over top of salad. Add feta dressing, salt and pepper to taste and toss it all together. Makes 2 generous servings
