Introduction

This uses leftovers from my lime chicken tacos. If you haven't made those first, the prep and cook time will be longer. This uses leftovers from my lime chicken tacos. If you haven't made those first, the prep and cook time will be longer.

Ingredients

    1lb ish leftover lime chicken taco filling (see recipe), or cook chicken with lime juice, chili untill done and add corn and salsa. shred chicken when done.

    2 cans chicken broth
    .75 cup asadero, cubed
    6 corn tortillas cut into strips

Directions

take leftover lime chicken taco filling and add to 2 cans chicken broth and heat. Add water as needed to thin. Distribute tortilla strips and cubed cheese into 6 bowls and pour soup over them. Add some chopped avocado if desired.
