Introduction

This is a great soup, that is low in calories, and can be changed up very easily! I just put what ever vegetables that are left at the end of the week into the crock pot and see what happens! Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1/2 head Cabbage
    3 medium Carrots
    4 stalks Celery
    1 head Cauliflower
    1 can rotel
    Lipton recipe secerts, Savory herb with garlic
    2 Cucumbers
    1 can Chicken Broth
    8 cups water
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

Wash all vegetables, cut into bite sized pieces. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low, 6 hours or until at your desired consistency. You can add herbs and spices of your choice.

Makes 13 - 1 cup servings
