1/4 C Bread crumbs
1/2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim)
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning (no salt)
2 Egg Whites
4 Boneless Chicken Fillets
Dredge fillets through egg whites, then dip into bread/cheese mix, covering the fillet completely.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 C of mozzarella cheese over fillets in baking dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
