IntroductionNot much protein - but low cal and yummy! Not much protein - but low cal and yummy!
1 C Rolled Oats
1/3 C Hemp Shake Chocolate (or any protein powder would probably do)
2.5 T of Peanut Butter
1/4 C Honey
1/2 C Skim Milk
2 T Chocolate Chips
In a small bowl mix the (room temperature) peanut butter, water and rice syrup.
Add the wet to the dry and mix gently until combined. Toss in the chocolate chips.
Pat into a prepared loaf pan.
Bake at 350* for about 15 minutes.
