Thai Chicken, Coconut and Lemongrass Soup (Tom Ka Gai)

Ingredients

    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Lime Juice, .25 cup
    Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Ginger Root, .5 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Thai Chili Sauce, 3 tbsp
    A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk, 1.65 cup

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat; stir in chicken and coconut milk. Cook 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with cilantro.
