Ingredients

4 Yukon gold potatoes, crinkle cut or sliced
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil spray
Sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Spray baking pan with olive oil spray. Place sliced potatoes on sheet and spritz with olive oil spray. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and parmesan cheese. Bake until golden brown. About 25 minutes.
