Turkey-Brocolli Bake



Introduction

A tasty casserole with ground turkey and veggies. A tasty casserole with ground turkey and veggies.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. extra-lean ground turkey
    2 c. brocolli florettes
    1 c. frozen peas
    2/3 c. low-fat shredded cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Salt & Pepper
    Enough hash browns to cover the dish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 13"x9" pan with non-stick spray and set aside
Brown ground turkey, breaking up with a spoon as it cooks
Season with spices to taste
While turkey is browning, bring water to boil and cook brocolli until tender. Drain and let cool.
Once turkey is browned, remove from heat.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except hash browns.
Spread mixture in the 13"x9" pan and top evenly with hash browns.
Bake until the potatoes are browned.

Makes 4 extra large servings or 6 smaller servings.
