Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    *Refried Beans, 1.5 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 1 strip (4" long)
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 10 oz
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
    add spices of your choice

Directions

Mix into a casserole and bake at 350 for 80 min or done.
