Ingredients

    Non stick spray
    1 cloves garlic chopped
    1 -14oz pkg cooked shrimp
    1 pouch Success Brown Rice, cooked
    1 cup salsa of your choice
    1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tblsp lime juice

Directions

Serves 4
In large skillet sautee garlic about 1 minute. Add the shriimp and heat gently. Stir in rice, beans and salsa. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 5 minutes and mixture is hot. Do not over cook shrimp. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese and lime juice, or lime wedge. (I am going to try some cilantro in it next time I make it.)
