I really liked this recipe; it is a basic omelet recipe, but you can do so much with it by just adding your own choices of veggies, I added just a teaspoon of cheese, combined with toast, spray butter and a little jelly with applesauce and ff milk, now I am ready for my walk. Thanks - 3/8/10

  • First time making a frittata. Very good meal...I omitted the milk and added diced tomatoes with oregeno and some cheese. Very filling and leftovers will be for breakfast! I also had a toast and milk to complete my meal. - 9/15/11

  • i added two eggs to hold it together better, I think my peppers were larger than the recipe called for. I will make this again with the tomatoes on top sprinkled with a bit of chèvre and herbs. - 3/11/11
