No Taco, Taco salad

Introduction

filling, fast and healthy but not guilty! filling, fast and healthy but not guilty!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups Iceberg lettuce
    1/2 cup pinto beans (not refried)
    Taco Seasaning to taste
    one cup salsa
    2 tbs Fat free sour cream
    1/4 cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
    2 large olives sliced
    1 tbs scallion

Directions

This makes one serving.

Chop lettuce put on plate set a side.
put pinto beans in microwave safe bowl and nuke for 1min.
Add taco seasing to beans in bowl, mash a little.
place beans over lettuce
add salsa
add fat free sour cream
add fat free cheddar
top with black olives and scallions.
Now Eat!!
This hits the spot after a hard day at the gym!
