Sharon's Whole Wheat Pasta Saute

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 -12 oz pkg Rozoni Healthy Harvest Extra Wide Noodle Style Whole Grain
    1 - 20.8 oz. pkg Shady Brook Farms Extra Lean Ground White Turkey
    1 - med onion
    1 - 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 - 10 oz. can Rotel - diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 - 16 oz. pkg Great Value Asparagus Stir Fry
    dash of Mrs. Dash onion herb blend
    dash of Mrs. Dash garlic herb blend
    1/8 cup of minced garlic

Directions

Makes 8 - 1 cup servings

Cook noodles in pot boiling water til tender
While noodles are cooking....
Brown onion, garlic and ground turkey
then add can of rotel and stir let simmer
add 1 pkg Asparagus Stir Fry and stir
add seasonings and stir and continue to let simmer til vegetables are cooked.
Drain cooked noodles and put back in large pot
add 1 can crushed tomatoes and stir
then add the stir fry with turkey to large pot and stir all together...
This is ready to eat!!! Makes 8 - 1 cup servings

Use seasonings to taste - less garlic if you're not a big fan!
