Tuna salad

Ingredients

    3 cans Tuna fish in water
    1 pound elbow macaroi or similar pasta
    2 c frozen peas
    4 TB mayonaise
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot with 2 tsp of salt. Add the pasta and cook until "al dente" (~15 minutes for many varieties of pasta)
While pasta is cooking: drain the tuna and mix the drained tuna with the mayonaise, salt and pepper in a very large bowl.
place the frozen peas in a colander, dump the cooked pasta and it's water into the colander over the peas. This defrosts the peas without cooking them.
mix the drained pasta and pea mixture into the tuna mixture.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
