I have a question. What do you mean by sour milk? - 3/4/10
Reply from TERRA56 (3/4/10)
Sour milk is milk that has been allowed to go sour in the fridge. It's a great use for milk that's been around a bit too long. Sour milk actually promotes a good rise in the bread. You must be a lot younger than me. A commonly used ingredient years ago. if you are squeamish about it, use buttermilk.
