Dad's Easy Vegetarian Chili

Introduction

I modified this from my Dad's favorite chili I modified this from my Dad's favorite chili
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams 0r 8 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (about 1 and 1/2 lg)
    Beans, black, 2 cup (15oz can)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 1/8 cup
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 1/4 cup
    Chili powder, 1/8 cup
    3 cans of tomato soup (prepared)
    680 g of meatless mock ground beef (morning star crumbles, etc)

Directions

Chop meatless ground beef and put in large pot. Add soup cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat. Add all other ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and let simmer from 10 minutes to 2 hours. The longer you leave it the better it will taste.

Makes 10 servings
