    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    Onions, raw, 2 medium
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 40 oz
    Crushed Tomatoes, 1600 grams
    Beans, black, 545 grams
    Beans, red kidney, 545 grams
    Beans, navy, 545 grams
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp
    Chili powder, 4 tbsp
    *Cumin - Ground, McCormick 2 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Makes 16 1-cup servings

Heat oil in dutch oven and saute onions and peppers until tender. Add ground turkey and spices and cook until browned. Add tomatoes and all beans and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
