Meli's Simple Spaghetti with Red Wine Marinara

Ingredients

1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, red or green, diced
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
Black pepper to taste
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 pkg Morningstar Grillers Recipe Crumbles
red wine to taste
Spaghetti noodles- 3 cups cooked
Directions
1. Cook noodles according to instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add onion, peppers, and garlic. Sautee over med-hi heat. Add black pepper and herbs. Continue to cook until onions are transluscent, about 5-8 minutes.
3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and red wine to taste. Stir thoroughly.
4. Add Recipe Crumbles. Stir and then simmer until heated through.
5. Spoon sauce over noodles to serve.
