1 Corned beef, brisket
1 lg head Cabbage, chopped
1 lg Onion, chopped
Pickling Seasoning (packet that comes with brisket)
Rinse meat and place on top of vegetables. Add seasoning.
Add just enough water to cover meat.
Cook on low 8-10 hours, high 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender and falling apart.
