1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp white wine vinegar
    1 tsp parmesan seasoning

Directions

OR to prepare for lunch:
Measure spinach, strawberries, and cheese into 1 gallon zip lock bag. Combine olive oil, vinegar, and seasoning in small container with lid. Keep refrigerated. When ready to eat, pour dressing into baggie, seal baggie and shake to toss. Pour into bowl or eat from baggie.

The cheese can be cut in half if you are not a cheese fan. Also, this is very yummy with a half avocado, sliced, tossed into the mix.
