Spicy Chicken

Introduction

MMMMMmmmmm! My favorite! MMMMMmmmmm! My favorite!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
    2 vegetable bouillon cubes

    1.5C carrots (match stick pieces)
    1 tsp. fresh garlic
    2 tsp. basil flakes
    1C frozen corn kernels
    1C red pepper (diced)

Directions

1) Boil chicken in 2 cups of water add in vegetable bouillon cubes. Remove from water when cooked and set aside. DO NOT DRAIIN WATER!

2) Put next 4 vegetable ingredients in the pot with the chicken/vegetable bouillon water. Simmer until carrots are no longer firm. Add red peppers and chicken back to the mixture and simmer for another 5 minutes.

3) Complete the dish by making some oriental noodles (not included in the nutritional information) and scoop 1/4 of this mixture on top!
