1 pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 2TBS quick cooking oatmeal 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
In a large skillet cook meat, onion and sweet pepper till meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, oats, chili powder, wocestershire sauce and garlic salt. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes or till desired consistency is reached. Serves 6 (Did not include nutritional content of buns)
