IntroductionA filling and low cal. lunch! A filling and low cal. lunch!
1 light "Flat Out" Italian herb wrap
3 oz. of shredded chicken breast (cooked)
2 Tlbs. of Fat Free Miracle Whip
1/4 cup of celery (diced)
1 large leaf of lettuce
dash of salt and peper
Step 2: Lay the wrap out flat and place the lettuce on top.
Step 3: Spoon the chicken salad mixture on top of the lettuce and the roll up the wrap.
Makes one wrap = to one serving.
