oatmeal banana pancakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 cup bisquik
1 tbsp. ground flax seed
1 mashed banana
2 egg whites,slightly beaten
Directions
Place oatmeal in medium mixing bowl and pour 1/2 cup milk over it. Mash banana and add to bowl, add beat egg whites, flax seed and bisquik. mix together adding the rest of milk. Mixture should be a bit lumpy. Cook on hot griddle in 1/4 cup portions until browned and cooked through. about 3 minutes per side. makes 9 pancakes.
