Turkey French Dips ~ Low Carb

Use left-over turkey or sliced deli turkey. Can be heated in the microwave for a quick lunch.

Use left-over turkey or sliced deli turkey. Can be heated in the microwave for a quick lunch.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cooked Sliced Turkey Slices, 4 oz
    Whole Grain French Rolls, 2 rolls
    Cheese Mozzarella Reduced Fat Slices, 4 oz
    Au Jus Gravy Mix, 1 packet

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut rolls lengthwise and place an ounce of turkey and mozzarella (each) on each roll.

Wrap in aluminum foil and heat for 10 minutes.

Prepare au jus according to package (more water can be added to decrease sodium).

Slice each sandwich in half, diagonally, and serve with 1/3 cup au jus.
