Butterfly Cup Cakes

Great for children. Each cup cake looks like a butterfly is sitting on its top.

Great for children. Each cup cake looks like a butterfly is sitting on its top.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix, Vanilla, entire mix (about 1 oz)
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Cup Cakes, Yellow or White, 1 dozen
    sugar free red raspberry preserve, 2 tbsp
    Powdered Sugar, 2 tsp (optional)

Directions

Make pudding according to package with the nonfat milk, letting sit for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cut a cone shape from the top of each cup cake and set aside.

Fill cup cake cavity with 1 tbsp of pudding.

Cut cones in half for the wings.

Place two of the halves with the flat side down on each cup cake for the butterfly wings.

Place 1/2 tsp of preserves in the middle for the body. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar.
