Creole Okra

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. splenda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Place frozen onions, peppers and okra in large pan on rop of stove. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
