Feel free to substitute any of the ingredients for non-vegan items. They will taste just as good!

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons splenda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 ripe banana - mashed
    1 cup soymilk
    2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

Directions

Mash banana and mix wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a larger bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry - mix well until smooth consistency.
