Ingredients

    1 cup onions chopped
    2cup each carrots, celery and bean sprouts
    .5 cup each frozen corn and peas
    3 cups canned tomatoes
    4 cups vegetable broth (Campbell)
    2 cups water

Directions

makes 10 -1 cup servings

place all ingredients except bean sprouts in a large pot and simmer for an hour, add bean sprouts an cook for another 15 minutes
