Introduction

this sounds deceptively simple and very easy...and it is. Its also delicious. My mother gave it to me and I was hooked the first time i made it. this sounds deceptively simple and very easy...and it is. Its also delicious. My mother gave it to me and I was hooked the first time i made it.

Ingredients

    3 tbs lite soy sauce
    3 tbs ketchup
    2 tsp honey
    6 pieces chicken thighs

Directions

mix the honey, soy and ketchup in a bowl.
pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
skin and de-bone the chicken place it
in a deep pan pour the liquid over the chicken. cook covered for 45 minutes. after 45 minutes take the cover off and cook it for another 5 minutes.

Serve.
