1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt to taste
2) Add to the top of any broiled or grilled fish or red meat towards the end of cooking time and allow crust to become lightly golden a few minutes before removing it from heat.
