lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion chopped
4 garlic cloves diced
1.75 c. brown rice
herb ox sodium free chicken or beef boulion 2 pk.
ground black pepper to taste
1.5 tsp worchetershire
can corn drained
1 lg. sweet pepper; chopped or diced
When turkey is not pink add worcestershire sauce, ground pepper & salt. Add boulion & 1.5 c. water & corn; simmer.
When rice is done add to lg. skillet; add sweet peeper & let cook 5-10 min. Let sit for 10 min. serve.
Sometimes I add crushed red pepper if I want a bit of a bite to it.
