Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 24 oz
    Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1 pckg
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Potato, raw, 7 medium, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
    12 oz water

Directions

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I make a large roast than this, so that additional meals can come from it. 24 oz is for serving size calculations.

Place roast, onions, onion soup mix in crockpot
add 12 oz water
cook on low for 3 hours
Add potatoes, stir into broth, pepper and salt to taste
cook another 3 hours
