Peanut Butter French Toast

Introduction

I substituted Nutella for the peanut butter to make it sweet. I substituted Nutella for the peanut butter to make it sweet.

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Nutella
    2 slices whole grain bread
    slices of banana
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Layer peanut butter or Nutella and banana slices between the the two pieces of bread. Mix egg, milk, and vanilla extract in dish. Dip bread into mixture. Cook in hot greased skillet 2-4 minutes per side.
