1.5 cups all purpose flour (or to make these more nutritious
use 1 cup all purpose and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour)
3 Tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups buttermilk
3 Tbs butter melted
.5 tsp vanilla
combine next 4 ingredients in another bowl(wet)
Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients until just blended. Makes abiout 15 pancakes. Fold in any fruit you like: 3/4 c blueberries, finely diced bananas, chopped nuts, 1/4 c dried coconut, raisins, or other finely diced fruit.
