Introduction

Looking for something different to put in the Crock Pot, came across this recipe and changed some of the ingredients to our favorite veggies. I would imagine you could put just about any vegetables in it. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless pork ribs, trimmed and sliced into about 1/2 inch slices
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
    8 oz low-sodium pasta sauce
    4 medium carrots, cut in strips
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    1.5 Tblsp Balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Brown the pork. Put all ingredients in the pot, cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over hot rice (not included in calorie count.
