L.R. Apple pie filling crisp

Ingredients

    3 quart home canned apple pie filling
    80g (1cup) quick oats
    110g (1 cup) oat bran
    45g (1/3 cup) whole wheat flour
    94g (1/2 cup) sucanat or brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 oz. ( 1/4 cup) butter
    3 T. buttermilk

Directions

Place pie filling in a baking dish or dishes. Combine all the dry ingredients. Add butter and rub with the hands to mix well. Add buttermilk and stir with a fork to mix. Sprinkle crumbs on top of pie filling. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serves 24.
