1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can low fat cream of mushroom (or celery) soup
1 cup green beans
1 cup corn
1/2 cup new potatoes (canned, sliced or diced)
1 tsp. dried basil
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tbsp. grated paremesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
In large skillet, cook lean ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink: drain. Add soup, corn, green beans, potatoes and basil: mix and heat through.
Pour beef mixture into 2 quart baking dish. Top with biscuits and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
