perfect pizza dough

makes enough dough for 2 10-12 inch thin base pizzas makes enough dough for 2 10-12 inch thin base pizzasNumber of Servings: 4
Ingredients

12 oz plain flour
8 oz warm water
1 tsp salt
1 sachet instant yeast (about 7g)
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
put dry ingredients in a bowl. make a well in the middle and add water and olive oil. mix into a ball and tip onto a floured surface. knead well and place back in bowl, cover bowl with tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise for an hour (until doubles in size)
divide into 2 balls (for 2 10-12 inch pizzas)
place on floured surface and roll with rolling pin to desired size and thickness. transfer to floured baking tray or pizza stone and top with your favourite pizza sauce, cheese and other toppings
bake for about 10-12 minutes at 210 degrees C (depending on thickness)
calories are for one quarter of the entire batch of dough (a personal size pizza or half a 10-12 inch pizza base) and don't include whatever toppings you choose
