Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz Fettucine
    4 cups Broccoli florets
    1/2 Cup Hidden Valle Ranch light dressing
    1/2 cup Fat free Half and Half
    1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
    3 TBsp grated Parmesean
    1 TBsp olive oil
    1 lbs Chicken breast, boneless, skinlesss, cut up into strips

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Bringing water to boil. Meanwhile mix heat oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden brown. In the last 4 minutes of boiling the fetticuine add broccoli. Mix Dressing, half & half, cream cheese, and parmesean in a bowl and set aside.

Drain fettucine and broccoli, add to Chicken and stire in sauce mix and heat through sprinkle with pepper.

TO FREEZE: Cool and place in freezer quality plastic bag. Thaw overnight in refidgerator. Heat in microwave for 4-5 minutes stirring once.
